SELF CARE SUNDAY
a Mind ~ Body Wellness Series
Balance your yin and yang energies with this combination class. VIN/YIN is half vinyasa flow and half yin yoga (a very slow paced, deep practice focusing on long holds of grounded/seated postures). Students will be given an energizing flow sequence to start followed by 30 minutes of deep postures (with restorative alternative options) each held for 3-5 minutes to stimulate the joints and connective tissues by increasing the supply of fluids to them.
